Job Summary

Review content and creative materials for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and overall quality before publication or distribution
Partner with Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, sales teams, and centralized content and design resources to develop asset-specific campaign materials
Provide general creative/content support across both seller-side and buyer-side marketing needs
Maintain organized project files and track multiple concurrent assignments to support timely, efficient execution
Identify opportunities to improve content and creative workflows, templates, and quality-control processes
Use AI tools in your own workflow for content drafting, quality review, and asset production to increase the speed and quality of listing and marketing content and share effective practices with the team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 2 years of related design or content production experience
Proficiency with relevant design and content-production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted content tools
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and visual quality-review skills
Strong level of attention to detail and quality/compliance standards for external-facing marketing materials
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
Practical AI fluency in your own working process

Preferred

Background supporting commercial real estate, property marketing, digital marketplaces, or another high-volume marketing environment
Ability to coordinate effectively with external print, direct-mail, or production vendors
Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted tools to improve content quality, consistency, or production efficiency
