Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote Chamber events, programs, and membership benefits.
• Create and distribute engaging content across social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
• Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials consistent with Chamber branding.
• Write and edit content for press releases, blogs, and member spotlights.
• Track marketing metrics and engagement to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Capture photos and short videos at Chamber events for storytelling and promotional use.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Chamber members to connect with membership benefits and services.
• Assist Chamber team with the membership renewal process, ensuring timely outreach and member retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, membership, or customer engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, website platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for community and business development.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for Chamber events.
• High attention to detail.
