Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Create and curate content for blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral using tools like Canva, WordPress, and Mailchimp.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts via Hootsuite or Buffer, engaging with followers, and tracking community feedback.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support SEO efforts by performing keyword research, optimizing on-page content, and assisting with link-building activities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM records in tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
  • Assist with event planning, webinars, and virtual conferences, including promotion and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships or academic projects count)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling)
  • Strong writing and editing skills for various formats (blogs, emails, social posts)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
