- 3-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or ad operations
- Experience managing insertion orders and trafficking across digital platforms
- Familiarity with ad verification and measurement tools (e.g., DoubleVerify)
- Comfortable managing recurring reporting cycles and reconciling discrepancies across vendors and finance teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or similar ad-serving platforms
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Comfortable working across multiple accounts or client verticals simultaneously
