Job Summary
Own and drive client-facing planning outputs, translating strategic slides into actionable buying-system workflows while supporting multiple client projects and junior planners.

- Support other planners to meet deadlines and deliverables

Responsibilities
- Build client-facing slides with tactical recommendations, with guidance from Director/Associate Director
- Translate plan details from slides and spreadsheets into buying systems (e.g., Prisma, Mediaocean)
- Assist other planners with additional tasks as requested
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in media planning or a related field
- Experience building client-facing presentations and translating strategy into clear, tactical recommendations
- Familiarity with buying/trafficking systems such as Prisma or Mediaocean
- Comfortable working part-time hours while staying responsive to team needs and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
