Job Summary

Own execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across the full lifecycle for agency clients, with emphasis on setup, QA, reporting, and asset management, while aiding Campaign Managers and exploring new opportunities.

  • Campaign Management: Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns across programmatic channels and audience-based buying.
  • Operations & QA: Maintain materials, traffic tags, and the QA process to ensure pacing, tracking, and accuracy.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Assist in client-facing reports and audits to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns for agency clients across programmatic channels and audience-based buying including auction/exchange based media, remarketing, and independent work with Campaign Managers
  • Demonstrate diligence and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full campaign lifecycle
  • Maintain and organize campaign materials in the teams shared document repository
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance and address tracking and status questions
  • Assist in developing client-facing campaign performance reports
  • Contribute to inventory assessment and proposals for new client opportunities
  • Manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts and all relevant campaign documentation for launch
  • Traffic campaign tags into ad exchange environments (The Trade Desk & Google Ads)
  • Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing and performance
  • Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing
Requirements
  • Bachelor03s degree or higher in marketing, advertising or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience in the media sector via internships or university projects
  • The Trade Desk (TTD) and Google Ads experience is preferred
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel
