Own end-to-end AI driven marketing automation projects that replace manual workflows, surface automated insights, and connect data across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to accelerate pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

Identify manual, repetitive workflows across marketing and replace them with AI-driven solutions
Build and deploy agentic workflows across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment
Design connected systems and data pipelines that surface insights automatically
Create a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge foundation across product, personas, and market intelligence
Automate campaign reporting, post-event analysis, and ongoing performance insights
Partner cross-functionally to connect data, systems, and workflows across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing
Build the technical foundation that improves Flywire’s discoverability in AI-driven search environments

Requirements

4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps, with enough context to connect what you build to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Proven ability to take a manual or broken workflow and build a working AI-driven solution independently
Strong AI fluency, with hands-on experience building workflows and automations using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or similar
Technical aptitude and comfort working with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows
Direct experience using AI tools to meaningfully automate or accelerate your work, beyond basic content generation
Ability to operate cross-functionally and earn access to the data and systems your work depends on
Clear point of view on where AI in marketing is heading, grounded in real use rather than theory
Builder mindset, demonstrated through side projects, experiments, or internal tools
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment
