Job Summary

Support and coordinate marketing programs end-to-end, turning priorities into actionable tasks while aligning with multiple teams and vendors to keep campaigns on track.

  • Operations and project management: track progress, respond to tasks quickly, and keep schedules, budgets, and governance up to date across CMS, trackers, and Confluence.
  • Campaign execution and collaboration: manage collateral development, vendor relationships, social content, event logistics, and performance reporting to drive multi-brand marketing outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end project support and status updates, collaborating with the Marketing team.
  • Respond to marketing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Manage outside vendor relationships where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of collateral.
  • Continuously update new marketing materials on our internal and external CMS tools as well as third-party listing and content sites.
  • Assist with trade show logistics, including shipping, ordering, planning and hotel accommodations.
  • Manage social media platforms including content drafts, image sourcing and scheduling posts.
  • Assist to monitor industry trends and best practices and integrate into planning.
  • Track, analyze and report results from email campaigns and lead sources for direct and partner programs.
  • Maintain marketing content, trackers and processes on relevant Confluence pages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably with project management experience.
  • Experience with project management & marketing tools/applications such as Jira, Slack, Smartsheet, HubSpot and Google Suite are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn company products and services, and understand marketing goals for multiple brands.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining self-discipline and working with remote teams to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding organization, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to team development.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Able to take direction and demonstrate attention to detail, initiative and follow-through on a variety of projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple or ambiguous options for how to execute a task or resolve an issue.
