Job Summary

Own the marketing collateral and trade show ecosystem while turning market, customer, and competitive signals into formal briefs and campaigns.

  • Own the marketing communications program and collateral set, including product literature, datasheets, and web content.
  • Manage tradeshow budgets, vendor relations, and promotional material production to drive field sharing and inquiries.
  • Translate industry trends and customer needs into concrete briefs for sales, engineering, and executives.

Job Description

  • Assist with the direction and implementation of marketing planning and development, and pricing strategy policy and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on competitive sales efforts.
  • Develop sales marketing aides and materials; plan and conduct special drives; manage inflow of market and competitive information, new opportunities, customer needs.
  • Establish sources of information on industry trends, competitive activities, market opportunities, and customer needs; communicate significant information promptly to concerned units.
  • Plan, direct and administer marketing communications efforts; manage the marketing communications program and related activities (product literature, website, promotional materials, photography, advertising, publications, internal technical, publications and inquiry processing).
  • Administer departmental budget including forecasting, proposals and recommendations for all marketing expenditures; track expenditures for tradeshow, designers, materials and services.
  • Create brochures, technical datasheets and promotional materials; author text; liaise with engineering on content; supervise vendors (design, photography, production); negotiate contracts and schedules with vendors.
  • Administer and direct trade show/exhibits; manage annual expenditures, schedules, and show logistics; coordinate with inTEST marketing for shared-booth efforts.
  • Create trade show graphics; direct vendors on design and production.
  • Oversee advertising and new product release campaigns; author and distribute news releases to trade publications; coordinate with international distributors as required.
