Job Description
Responsibilities
- Onsite Leasing Support (September 1 – January 1)
- Counts toward: Tallahassee Leasing Support (30%)
- Work with onsite teams to plan and run lease-up campaigns, resident retention initiatives, and promotional events, including:
- Welcome Week
- Renewal Launch
- Tailgates and Parents Weekend
- Homecoming
- Renewal Walks
- Tabling and Housing Fairs
- Run 100% of planned events on schedule. Submit a recap for each one within 5 business days that covers attendance, leads captured, and cost.
