  • Own evidence library and claims validation
  • Build curriculum structure and assessments
  • Translate findings into business-ready language and AI workflows

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The evidence library for the book, starting with the relationship marketing claims
  • A research pass on every office hours outline: each claim checked section by section, newest research first, with a claims and sources list the founder reviews before anything is cited
  • The curriculum structure: one core question and one takeaway for each chapter, learning objectives for each, and a path through the office hours topics
  • Tests and assessments for the curriculum, including questions that check what learners understood
  • Prompts and workflows that use AI to create marketing assets, built with the founder and checked against the evidence
  • Behavioral science input on how buyers think and decide, which feeds the buyer psychology behind each session and each persona in our software
  • Market research for new products, including target markets, buyer segments, and inputs to competitor discovery
  • Short summaries of new academic and industry research that affect the framework

Requirements

  • A background in behavioral science, such as psychology, behavioral economics, or consumer decision-making
  • Hands-on experience with research methods, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Marketing experience, ideally in both B2B and B2C settings
  • Strong judgment about which sources deserve trust, and the habit of checking the original study instead of a summary of it
  • The ability to write findings in plain language that a business owner can use
  • AI fluency: you write clear prompts, build repeatable workflows, and check what AI returns against the original sources

Preferred

  • Experience building curriculum, training programs, assessments, or educational content
  • Familiarity with positioning, brand strategy, or innovation research
