Marketing Proposal Coordinator (Project-Based)

Responsibilities

• The Proposal Coordinator prepares and coordinates RFP responses and marketing proposals for AEC clients. This remote contract role includes gathering content, writing and proofreading submissions, managing deadlines, and maintaining proposal templates and materials. The Coordinator collaborates with marketing and technical teams to deliver polished, client-focused proposals on time.

Requirements

• MUST BE BASED IN THE U.S. and work in the Eastern Time Zone to be considered.
• Strong proposal coordination and proposal management skills to oversee timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
• Experience with proposal preparation and proposal writing, including structuring content and tailoring messaging to client needs.
• Ability to interpret and respond to RFP documents, ensuring compliance with instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Familiarity with the AEC industry.
• Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Adobe Creative Cloud - specifically InDesign ).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple proposals and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience working in a contract or project-based capacity; prior marketing or business development experience is a plus.
• Relevant education in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
