Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Marketing Project Management Intern will help the Creative Services and Marketing teams keep projects organized and moving forward. Working under the guidance of a project lead, the intern will track timelines, gather updates, coordinate meetings, and communicate with teams across the institution. The internship offers practical experience with the people, tools, and processes involved in delivering marketing and design projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in marketing, business, communications, project management, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn Workfront and other tools used to organize projects and files
- Availability on Wednesdays for required internship programming
- Ability to attend scheduled meetings during Eastern Time business hours and work onsite in Dearborn when required
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud-based file storage, digital asset management systems, or project management tools is helpful but not required
- Interest in how marketing and design projects move from request to completion
