Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• - Support the planning, setup, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• - Maintain and organize marketing data, contact lists, CRM records, and campaign information.
• - Coordinate marketing workflows, processes, and timelines across different teams.
• - Monitor campaign and funnel performance and prepare regular reports.
• - Help identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, and data quality.
• - Support email campaigns, lead management, segmentation, and other marketing activities.
• - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead and campaign handoffs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing processes and campaign workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and lead management.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience working with SaaS, AI, technology, or digital products.
