Job Summary

Own and optimize the medical review workflow across Legal, Regulatory, and Clinical reviews, coordinating cross-functional intake, reporting, and training to ensure compliant, timely content approvals.

  • Lead cross-functional reviews of labeling, claims, artwork, and promotional content.
  • Forecast demand and sequence work with Marketing teams.
  • Maintain evidence-based claims matrices and reporting on submission status and cycle times.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Improve the Med Review process to increase approval efficiency and reduce regulatory risk.
  • Lead cross-functional Legal, Regulatory, and Clinical reviews of labeling, claims, artwork, and promotional content.
  • Forecast review demand, communicate priorities, and sequence work with Marketing and Marketing Communications teams.
  • Train submitters and partners on review requirements, systems, and compliant submission practices.
  • Maintain evidence-based claims matrices and report Veeva PromoMats submission status, progress, and cycle time.
  • Manage the intake, research, routing, and tracking of third-party business development inquiries.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inquiry reviews, document decisions and follow-ups, and provide recurring pipeline and aging reports to leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality, support audits and legal requests, and continuously improve program templates, records, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred

  • Experience developing, approving, or auditing marketing materials in a regulated healthcare industry.
  • Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources into concise written reports for senior leadership.
  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats and Workfront.
  • Experience managing product claims, labeling, artwork, or promotional content review programs.
  • Experience coordinating business development intake, diligence, or opportunity tracking.
  • Experience supporting audits, legal requests, or compliance documentation.
