Responsibilities

• Create or update flyers, brochures, presentations, social media posts, and simple marketing copy.
• Edit short-form videos and help organize project photos, progress updates, before-and-after images, and portfolio content.
• Support content planning and help keep company branding consistent across platforms.
• Assist with incoming calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collect basic project information, help schedule meetings or site visits, and follow up with potential and existing clients.
• Learn common architecture and construction terms so you can guide inquiries to the right team member.
• Maintain organized files, contact lists, spreadsheets, project trackers, and lead records.
• Help prepare meeting materials and basic company documents, and support scheduling and office coordination.
• Assist with occasional local errands, document pickup or drop-off, site support, and other general tasks as needed in a small and growing company.

Requirements

• English communication skills are required.

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools, and Google Workspace - or similar creative and office tools - is helpful but not required. Experience with social media, video editing, graphic design, photography, customer service, or lead tracking is a plus.
