Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact in New Orleans
• Plan and execute marketing events and sponsorship activations
• Oversee event setup, vendor coordination, staffing, and breakdown
• Manage on-site logistics and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Complete detailed post-event recap summaries
• Prepare and submit weekly activity summaries and updates to the Marketing Manager
• Assist with marketing material coordination and distribution
• Support campaign rollouts and local activation efforts
• Maintain clear, structured communication with the Baton Rouge marketing team
• Coordinate closely with social media and communications team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Tools, Digital Advertising Dashboards (LSA, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) (preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability (preferred)
• Comfortable working independently while staying closely aligned with leadership (preferred)
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to New Orleans (preferred)
