Drive Marketing Operations by building and governing data, integrations, and dashboards to support TQL's marketing decisions.

  • Own marketing data environment, integrations, and dashboards to enable clear insights.
  • Must-have: Strong problem-solving with 1–3 years SQL and dashboard experience.
  • Collaborate across IT and vendors to deliver scalable systems and governance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a reliable, structured marketing data environment
  • Deliver and support seamless data integrations across marketing platforms
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Automate manual processes while strengthening data quality and governance
  • Optimize marketing technology systems to improve performance, efficiency, and adoption
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges by partnering with vendors and internal teams
  • Identify and implement system enhancements that elevate marketing capabilities
  • Establish and document best practices for scalable and sustainable system management
  • Lead marketing initiatives from planning through execution in partnership with IT and cross-functional teams
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • You are a strong problem-solver who enjoys learning new systems and technologies
  • You demonstrate high ownership and follow-through on projects
  • You are highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • You are a clear communicator who can translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • You have 1–3 years of experience writing SQL queries, joining tables, and troubleshooting data issues (preferred)
  • You have 1–3 years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar tools (preferred)
  • You are familiar with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and MarTech tools
  • You have an understanding of data integrations and APIs
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus
