Position Summary:
This role supports day‑to‑day marketing activities, office operations, and customer engagement functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing administrative tasks, providing project support, and communicating with customers. This position ensures efficient workflow, timely task completion, and accurate information processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Work:

• Assist in developing creative social media campaigns and support SEO efforts through content creation.
• Assist with newsletters, promotional items, and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate food catering for company meetings.
• Order office supplies and company literature as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized supply and literature storage areas.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

• Process all sales leads; complete entries by Wednesday and mailings by Thursday.
• Meet 24–48 hour lead‑processing standards.
• Perform order entry during afternoon hours; ensure accuracy and close orders after entry.
• Send customer order confirmations and follow up within required timelines.
• Provide phone coverage and general office support as needed.
• Allocate one hour per day to updating warranty card information when scheduling allows.

Required Qualifications

• Associates or College Degree in Marketing/PR/Advertising required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products, InDesign, WordPress, and data entry.
• Consistent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Working Conditions

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
