About the Role

You’ll play a key role in building excitement, increasing traffic, and driving revenue—all while keeping our brand bold, consistent, and impossible to ignore.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• 3–5 years in marketing (gaming, hospitality, or entertainment preferred)
• Experience juggling multiple locations or brands
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities
• A sharp eye for detail and deadlines
• Knowledge of digital marketing, direct mail, promotions, and campaigns
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-moving environment

The Fine Print

• You’ll oversee marketing for two of our four properties
• Flexibility is key—nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the action
• Comfortable working across different time zones when needed

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Assistant Corporate Director of Marketing to craft winning marketing strategies that boost traffic and revenue
• Plan and execute exciting promotions and campaigns across multiple properties
• Keep everything running smoothly—organized, on schedule, and on brand
• Collaborate with local teams to roll out: 
  • Direct mail campaigns
  • Email marketing
  • Eye-catching signage
  • Website content
  • Social media promotions
• Write, edit, and polish marketing copy that grabs attention and drives action
• Work closely with departments across each property to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Manage timelines like a pro—ensuring every campaign hits on time
• Build strong relationships with vendors and partners
• Keep all promotions compliant with gaming regulations
• Stay ahead of the game by researching industry trends, promotions, and events
• Communicate daily with teams across multiple locations
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through everything you do
