Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the MarTech roadmap, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the primary platform and accountability for supporting technologies and integrations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial, DTC/eCommerce, Data & Analytics, and IT stakeholders to prioritize platform capabilities that improve customer engagement, campaign execution, personalization, and DTC revenue enablement.
  • Lead complex MarTech programs, including customer journeys, target audiences, automations, email campaigns, personalization capabilities, and multi-region/multi-language requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear product/platform priorities, delivery plans, resource needs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as the platform owner and subject matter expert for MarTech capabilities, operating model, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain platform health, stability, access governance, release readiness, and operational support processes across the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations, troubleshooting, incident coordination, and new capability enablement.
  • Partner with QA, release management, security, and compliance teams to support development releases, change controls, and production readiness.
  • Lead recurring roadmap and operations forums with Marketing, Commercial, and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery status.
  • Communicate platform status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to business and IT leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Martech platform management experience with strong understanding of its functions and operations; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience working on global and/or multi-language Martech technical implementations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience managing resources and vendors
  • Experience working cross-functionally across a global org including Commercial and Marketing stakeholders, data engineers, across Digital, R&D and IT orgs.
  • Strong understanding of customer data, integration patterns, APIs, data quality, consent/privacy considerations, and platform governance.
  • You love building and enhancing marketing platforms and experiences, automated journeys, and driving strategy for improvement and iteration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs, roadmap priorities, risks, and status to both business and technology stakeholders.
  • You are strategic, action-oriented and are a self-starter. You identify and prioritize critical initiatives and can lead the charge from initiative to execution
