MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Vendor Partnerships & Campus Engagement
• Partner with the Vendor Relationship Team to identify strategic growth opportunities across restaurant, espresso, and retail vendor portfolios
• Develop and manage the annual vendor marketing, promotional, and activation strategy in alignment with business goals
• Lead quarterly planning sessions with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to spark innovative campaigns and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, leading collaboration on grand openings, product launches, and experiential activations
• Guide new vendors through onboarding and space launches, providing marketing support for design, merchandising, and opening events
• Partner with Dining and Restaurant leadership to ensure consistent brand standards and messaging across all locations
• Support annual pricing updates through coordinated customer communications and change management materials
• Collaborate on campus-wide engagement events and integrated marketing activations
• Promote vendor highlights across internal communications, social media, websites, and newsletters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on experiential marketing, promotions, hospitality, dining, retail, or customer engagement programs.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and successfully managing high-profile stakeholders with varying priorities and expectations.
• Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, activations, events, and promotional programs.
• Experience managing digital communications, email marketing platforms, website content, and internal communication channels.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management capabilities with demonstrated success managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze data and customer insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred

• Experience supporting space refreshes, restaurant openings, merchandising initiatives, and customer-facing environments preferred.
• Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, or foodservice environments preferred.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and successfully managing high-profile stakeholders with varying priorities and expectations.
