Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels to increase brand visibility.
  • Source, request, organize, and track content from influencers aligned with designated product and campaign priorities.
  • Identify and analyze emerging social media trends, formats, and platforms within the beauty industry, sharing strategic insights with the team to guide content and campaign direction.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting project scopes, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset when faced with technical or creative challenges.
  • Contribute to content ideation, creation, and execution across social platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Intern Experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with Canva for basic design, CapCut or Adobe Premiere for video editing, and CRM tools.

Preferred

  • Passion for the beauty industry and genuine enthusiasm for cross-cultural marketing.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, comfortable pivoting when priorities shift.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential client and talent information.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Korean language proficiency.
