Responsibilities

• Leads the in-house marketing function, managing workflows, prioritization, and performance expectations
• Oversees the expansion of the marketing team, aligning roles, responsibilities, and workflows to support scalable growth
• Identifies process inefficiencies and implements improvements, reporting insights and strategies to leadership
• Develops systems, SOPs, and infrastructure to support long-term growth
• Oversees quality assurance for all deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and high standards
• Manages media buying across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and ROI
• Establishes performance metrics and accountability standards for internal teams and external partners
• Aligns marketing strategy with broader business objectives, supporting expansion and revenue growth
• Drives new patient acquisition across all locations through data-driven marketing strategies
• Manages digital channels such as website & social profiles performance

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, growth, or brand leadership
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (ads, SEO, analytics)
• Ability to manage vendors and hold them accountable
