Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the 2026 brand refresh and company name transition.
  • Assist with updating brand elements across documents, templates, marketing materials, and internal systems.
  • Maintain consistency with updated messaging, visual standards, and naming conventions.
  • Coordinate updates to proposals, presentations, recruiting materials, jobsite signage, fleet branding, and digital assets.
  • Assist with drafting and editing internal communications related to the brand rollout.
  • Support development and coordination of website updates, social content, and marketing materials.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, photography, and brand documentation.
  • Prepare collateral and sales support materials for business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, HR, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate timelines and track deliverables for brand implementation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing or communications experience
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing or design tools is a plus
