Job Summary

Own cross-channel marketing execution with ownership of campaigns, media buys, events, and content, while coordinating partner relationships and audience targeting in a fast paced environment.

  • Own end to end campaign scheduling across print, social, web and digital marketing, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Plan and negotiate media buys, coordinate promotions, and partner with local organizations for new advertising opportunities.
  • Develop messaging across channels, manage event calendars, and sustain online presence and timely editorial across platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, implement, administer, monitor and schedule print, social, web, and digital marketing campaigns and platforms.
  • Coordinate event and building advertising scheduling, processing, routing, and trafficking.
  • Manage media strategy and day-to-day campaigns, including online advocacy and timely editorial.
  • Plan, negotiate, and place media buys within a budget and coordinate promotions to accompany paid buys.
  • Support the team by researching artists to develop, organize, and produce artist and client gifts.
  • Develop relationships with local organizations to create new advertising and trade opportunities.
  • Track and respond to customer questions and monitor reviews.
  • Monitor company websites weekly to keep copy content updated and provide web upgrade recommendations.
  • Write messaging that works across multiple communication channels.
  • Update event calendars and communicate with hotels, restaurants, and local businesses.
  • Assist the department with editing, proofreading, printing, and distributing materials, fan activations, press opportunities, and signage.
  • Analyze demographic data and market trends to improve marketing efforts and track ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with employees and management to ensure understanding and selling points of marketing promotions.
  • Work with internal departments to develop engaging content to elevate brand and drive business.
  • Protect company assets and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, often-changing, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • AA Degree in Marketing, Business, or Advertising and at least four years’ experience in a fast-paced setting in web and social media marketing, promotions, advertising, or PR; or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred

  • Social media experience in content creation, scheduling and paid advertising is strongly desired.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or email marketing programs is a plus.
  • Public speaking experience is preferred.
