Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator, based in Rockford, IL. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing and managing various marketing initiatives, creating promotional content, coordinating events, and supporting sales activities. The role will involve producing effective communication materials, streamlining project management efforts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that all campaigns align with the mission and vision of RHA.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, impactful messaging across multiple platforms
• Experience in Sales strategies and related coordination to contribute to marketing objectives
• Proficiency in Event Planning and organization to manage community events and promotional activities
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient knowledge of marketing principles and tools, and experience using social media platforms for promotional purposes
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in branding and messaging
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team and adapt to a community-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a non-profit or municipal organization is a plus
