Job Summary

Support city marketing by executing light content, coordinating cross‑department messaging, and tracking campaign performance to drive improvements.

Own light content creation and editing for newsletters, social captions, briefs, and reports.
Must meet minimum education and experience: bachelor’s in marketing/communications/PR and at least 2 years of marketing work.
Strong cross‑department collaboration with Economic Development, Airport, Bridge, and CVB.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Execution & Editorial Support: drafts and edits light content for digital channels.
Content tagging and review for brand consistency and grammar.
Media performance tracking: collect campaign data and support ROI analysis.
Identify metrics and support internal reporting to flag optimization opportunities.
Interdepartmental collaboration with Economic Development, Airport, Bridge, and CVB to align messaging.
Attend meetings to ensure branding consistency across divisions and provide timely feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
At least two years of marketing experience; communications experience preferred.
Valid Texas Driver License (out-of-state license must convert within 6 months).

Preferred

Experience in communications is preferred.
