Job Summary

Own the cross-functional marketing engine: orchestrate integrated campaigns, craft CIO/IT leader messaging, and manage content across channels while syncing with product, sales, and solution teams.

  • Campaign orchestration: lead integrated programs spanning brand, demand, and field activities.
  • Messaging and positioning: tailor B2B messages for CIOs and IT leaders to improve engagement and win rates.
  • Content & channel execution: coordinate content creation and distribution with product marketing, sales, and external agencies, plus events calendar ownership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging tailored for B2B audiences, including CIOs and IT leaders.
  • Create, manage, and distribute content across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand voice.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and solution teams to synchronize messaging and market outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for design, campaign, and digital advertising activities.
  • Manage the organization’s master events calendar, aligning on sponsorships, requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years in marketing and communications.
  • Hands-on experience with Email Marketing Providers (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems, like Sharepoint.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc.
  • Experience with Adobe Premier, Final Cut, etc.
  • Strong strategic thinking with proven project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while fostering collaboration.

Preferred

  • Website development or tools such as WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and social media insights to track and assess campaign performance.
