Job Summary

Own integrated marketing communications for Higher Education, driving campaign creation, brand-consistent messaging, and analytics-driven optimization across digital, email, and print to support sales and acquisition.

  • Own campaign ideation and execution for national and regional Higher Education titles, across digital, email, and print.
  • Coordinate conference marketing and author programs with brand-consistent messaging and quick response to authors' needs.
  • Analyze performance and market trends to optimize campaigns and inform acquisition efforts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Works with the marketing team to conceptualize marketing materials for all disciplines within HE
  • Assists in the coordination and execution of adoption campaigns for Higher Education's national and regional titles
  • Assists in the creation and execution of marketing strategy for assigned conferences and conventions
  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns (digital, e-mail, print) for key authors to support sales efforts
  • Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and voice
  • Ensure authors' needs and questions are addressed promptly
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics
  • Conducts market research to assist with acquisition, sales and special projects
  • Stay updated with the latest industry news and competitor activities

Requirements

  • On-site work in Dubuque, IA
  • Proficient and applied knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software; Word Processing software; Familiarity with both PC and Macintosh environments as well as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in using various technologies (computers, tablets, cell phones, social media apps)
  • Available to work out of our Dubuque, Iowa home office - this is not a remote position
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
