Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials.
• Support the Director of Business Development and firm leadership in pursuit planning.
• Maintain the firm's CRM platform, ensuring accurate and current client, contact, and opportunity information.
• Conduct market and client research to support strategic business development efforts.
• Assist with client communications, meeting preparation, industry events, and networking initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather and organize information for pursuits and presentations.
• Develop marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and other client-facing materials.
• Manage and update the firm's website, ensuring project information and content remain current and compelling.
• Coordinate and maintain the firm's social media presence, including content planning and publication.
• Assist with photography coordination, project documentation, and the organization of marketing assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, business development support, or a related role.
• Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or professional services industries preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing websites, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with senior leadership.
