Responsibilities

• Support the firm’s marketing, communications, branding, community engagement, and business development initiatives
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, attorneys, and professional staff to support the firm’s marketing, communications, branding, community engagement, and business development initiatives
• Involvement in digital marketing, content development, website and social media management, client and community events, and external communications
• Strong opportunities for personal and professional growth within an entrepreneurial and collaborative firm culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate, and professional work.
• Excellent written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated creativity, design sensibility, and a keen eye for branding, with the ability to create clean, professional marketing materials across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Experience managing social media platforms, content creation, digital communications, website content, and related marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and other commonly used marketing and communications platforms.
• Experience with Canva, WordPress, email marketing platforms, and similar marketing tools is a plus.
• A team-oriented, highly motivated professional with a demonstrated commitment to excellent internal and external client service.

Preferred

• Professional services or law firm marketing experience is desirable, but not required.
