Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and produce community-level marketing flyers and promotional materials in Canva according to brand standards and leasing team needs.
Organize, maintain and manage company Canva library.
Continuous creation of templates as promotions, pricing and seasonal campaigns change.
Process and fulfill collateral requests from leasing teams, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround.
Partner with Residential Marketing Specialist to review material submissions for brand compliance before distribution.
Support our Senior Communications Specialist with communication planning monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Draft and edit articles for weekly and monthly newsletters.
Provide back up support for email communications tools.
Create copy to support graphic and Canva flyer creation.
Manage and track open collateral request, communicating updates efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Understanding in Yardi/CRM equivalent and ILS platforms.
1-2 years’ work experience as a marketing or communications coordinator.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook).
Expert Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Multi-family industry experience, or other B2C industry experience preferred
