Marketing Campaign Specialist – Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Execute live marketing campaigns at pop-up events and retail activations across the Zionsville area on behalf of our clients
• Engage customers directly, communicate product and service value clearly, and drive campaign results in the field
• Set up, manage, and break down event displays and marketing materials at assigned locations
• Track your campaign activity, customer interactions, and daily performance metrics
• Collaborate with your team to hit weekly campaign goals and contribute to overall client success
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and team debriefs to sharpen your skills and advance your career

• Strong communication skills — you're comfortable talking to new people every day
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and ready to bring energy to every shift
• Coachable and eager to learn — you apply feedback and improve fast
• Reliable transportation required for local Zionsville area travel
• Able to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• No prior marketing or sales experience required — we train you completely from day one
