Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and implementation of marketing, sponsorship, and business development strategies to promote the sports complex.
• Focus on increasing facility usage, attracting tournaments and events, developing partnerships, and enhancing visibility and financial sustainability.
• Develops and executes marketing campaigns, manages branding, social media, website content, advertising and public relations efforts.
• Promotes tournaments, leagues, and community programs at the sports complex.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Recreational Management, or related fields.
• At least three (3) years of experience in municipal, nonprofit, marketing, sports facility operations, or related experience.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver License. If applicant holds an out-of-state license, a State of Texas Driver License must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Council of Higher Education Accreditation (C.H.E.A.)
