Job Summary

Own local referral growth by building a provider network, expanding awareness, and coordinating between referring offices and clinical teams to drive steady referrals.

  • Own referral-network expansion and provider engagement across physicians, practices, and hospitals.
  • Lead outreach, meetings, and materials delivery while tracking activities in the CRM.
  • Shape local marketing and business development plans using requirements and industry context, with budget stewardship.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies to grow our referral network in alignment with leadership goals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, practices, and clinical leaders
  • Introduce new providers to key referrers and expand awareness of services across the community
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between referring offices and our clinical/operational teams
  • Organize and attend meetings with providers to promote services and foster engagement
  • Deliver marketing materials and referral resources to hospitals, clinics, and medical groups
  • Track and document outreach activities in the CRM system; provide regular progress reports
  • Monitor competitive activity and collaborate on local marketing and business development plans
  • Represent Epic at community and professional events to increase visibility and drive referrals
  • Manage budgets responsibly, including expense tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • Required: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Preferred: Healthcare or legal industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred
