Marketing Assistant (Hybrid, Los Angeles, Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and tasks.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support campaign strategies.
• Support creation of engaging content for social media, and other marketing materials such as graphics and iPhone content for Clients.
• Support in managing client accounts and communications.
• Support in preparing presentations and reports for client meetings.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed such as capturing behind-the-scenes on set.
• Participate in strategy meetings, day-to-day operations, and other hands-on creative and administrative tasks.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (exceptions can be made with an alternative education background or professional experience).
• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
