Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts across CHI's platforms
• Coordinate logistics for presentatins and lunch-and-learns, including ordering food and confirming headcounts.
• Facilitate project photos and videos, including coordinating with job sites and photographers.
• Register individuals for events, coordinate event payment, and add events to the company calendar.
• Place orders for custom apparel and merchandise.
• Assist with updating CHI's website(s) with current content.
• May perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and basic office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple small tasks at once.
• Has a positive and professional attitude.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors, event contacts, and CHI staff.
• No prior professional marketing experience required; this is an entry-level role.
• Interest or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
