Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in a marketing analyst or executive-level administrative operations role.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint (advanced Microsoft Excel skills required).
• Experience analyzing data and producing detailed data-driven reports.
• Experience handling confidential executive communications, calendar coordination, travel logistics, and routine administrative management.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate complex data clearly to various audiences.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and diplomacy when liaising with executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and produce detailed data-driven reports and dashboards.
• Ability to provide executive support including calendar coordination, office management, expense reconciliation, and budget administration and tracking.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or a closely related field.
• Experience working in higher education or a complex organization environment.
