Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assists Marketing Program Manager with implementing, promoting, and ensuring the success of Customer Loyalty Program.
  • Imports, matches, validates, and posts reports into the rewards software program. Gathers member purchase and return information for reward point calculations from various sources including distributor quarterly reports, monthly reporting, and invoices submitted by members. Formats reports in Excel to meet the requirements for import.
  • Coordinates Marketing Customer Information Database with confidentiality toward customer purchase information .
  • Runs internal audits to ensure program accuracy, including but not limited to auditing purchase reports and invoices, to verify that only qualified product purchases are posted. Resolves issues and exceptions and notifies Marketing Program Manager and Field Sales Representatives of any discrepancies.
  • Tracks and applies authorized distributor purchases submittals and postings deadlines. Provides weekly and/or timely updates to management regarding the status of workload and escalates any issues that may impact reporting deadlines, member accounts, and timeliness of posting transactions. Maintains and keeps status reports updated including the distributor reporting log and customer import reports.
  • Supports the design of processes used to implement regional promotions as needed. Reviews systems that may be required to implement new levels of promotions, including tracking of purchases, running reports of product specific purchase, and other database requirements.
  • Responsible for development, implementation and coordination of program statements, prospective process and mailings, and other activities as needed.
  • Updates history as required, adding notes in the member accounts regarding any research performed or any unusual items to provide an audit trail and history for future reference. Updates addresses as requested.
  • Answers Preferred Program toll-free line and responds to questions regarding program statements, passwords, point redemption information, and other questions related to the program.
  • Provides excellent customer service to program members, distributors, and internal employees. Responds to requests via email, telephone and in person while maintaining professionalism in all communication. Follows up when appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or customer order entry experience.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to be flexible and work accurately with frequent interruptions.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Suite, including intermediate skill level with Excel.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to use 10-key by touch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills including problem analysis, organizational planning, decisiveness, and judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and the ability to communicate with members across the organization.
