Lippincott - Senior Consultant, Brand Strategy

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and synthesize research on client strategy, industry dynamics, and customer insight to surface what matters
• Conduct in-depth interviews with client stakeholders and leadership
• Support analysis of quantitative and qualitative research, from discrete choice modeling to focus groups
• Translate findings into compelling content, narratives, and points of view
• Collaborate with consultants and designers to pressure-test ideas and sharpen thinking
• Contribute to the storyline and development of client presentations
• Apply Lippincott frameworks and methodologies to new and unfamiliar problems
• Support new business efforts by helping shape proposal content

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate or brand strategy, brand management, or innovation
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong creative and analytical instincts, with the ability to connect new problems to past experience
• Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills — comfortable communicating at every level, internally and with clients
• A rigorous, methodical approach paired with the flexibility to adapt it
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine appetite for feedback and growth
• Openness to travel as needed
