Job Summary

Own end-to-end leasing and resident experience in a brand-facing role, coordinating sales, tours, and move-ins while gathering market signals to inform promotions and occupancy.

  • End-to-end Leasing: own the process from first contact to move-in and close leases against targets.
  • Brand & Community Face: represent the property and support local outreach and promotions.
  • Market Insight: collect competitive data to steer promotions and occupancy strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Be the face of the assigned community and an extension of the Kairoi brand.
  • Make a positive first impression via phone, email, video chats, and in-person tours.
  • Deliver remarkable service and enhance the resident experience.
  • Close leases to meet targets while maintaining professionalism and customer service.
  • Explain all features of the community, including amenities, availability, rent, and lease policies.
  • Follow up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing decisions.
  • Complete lease-related paperwork (applications, leases, addenda, employment and credit checks, move-in packets) with confidentiality.
  • Collect security deposits, rent, and other move-in funds.
  • Support marketing efforts and provide input on promotions and advertising.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong sales and customer service experience.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent follow-up skills via email and phone.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality.

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an added plus but not required.
