Responsibilities

• Face of the assigned community, extending the Kairoi brand and making the first impression on future residents.
• Explain features, amenities, pricing, leases, and policies to prospects during calls, tours, and chats.
• Deliver hospitality and fabulous service, qualify residents, and work toward lease closures while maintaining professionalism.
• Follow up with prospects via email, calls, and messages to finalize leasing decisions.
• Efficiently complete lease paperwork, collect deposits and move-in funds with confidentiality.
• Support marketing efforts with input on promotions and competitive market analysis reports.
• Inspect and maintain a remarkable tour path and model units to leave a strong impression.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and open communication with the team.
• Build resident relationships through events and outreach marketing with a servant-leader approach.

Requirements

• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Excellent follow-up skills via email and phone.
• Attention to detail.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• Prior experience with RealPage, highly desired.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an added plus but not required.
