Job Summary

Own leasing and resident experience end to end, from tour to move-in, with emphasis on closing ratios, service, and Fair Housing compliance.

  • Lease pipeline management and face of the community, driving conversions.
  • Resident experience and events, inspections, and ongoing follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Market feedback and competitive surveying to inform pricing, promotions, and outreach.

Job Description

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish and be the face of your assigned community.
  • Deliver remarkable service and enhance the resident experience.
  • Close leases to meet acceptable closing ratios while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Understand current and future resident needs, provide solutions, overcome objections, and build relationships.
  • Explain all features of the community including amenities, apartment availability, rent and pricing information, lease agreements, policies, and more.
  • Follow-up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction via email, thank-you notes, or calls to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
  • Efficiently complete all lease-related paperwork for new residents and renewals (applications, lease agreements and addenda, employment and credit checks, move-in packets) with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Collect security deposits, rent, and all other funds associated with resident move-ins.
  • Support overall marketing efforts and offer input regarding promotions, advertisements, etc.
  • Gather information about markets, competition, and prepare competitive survey reports to analyze market trends.
