• Assisting with showings and tours
• Responding to leasing inquiries
• Weekly Business to Business Marketing
• Responding to resident emails and answering calls
• Processing applications and paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with potential clients and provide information on available apartment homes.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and promote property effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout all leasing and marketing processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents from lease to move in and maintain positive relations throughout residency.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with clients and showcase available apartments.

Requirements

• Previous leasing or customer service experience
• Previous online marketing skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
