Job Description
Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to emerging influencers
- Assist in the signing and onboarding of influencers
- Help manage and update talent rosters and CRM platforms
- Support Talent Managers with influencer communication and campaign coordination
- Assist with outreach to potential new brand partners
- Attend a training call once per week
- Collect and organize creator metrics and performance reports
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (must be eligible for school credit)
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for social media and influencer culture (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
