Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creator Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and engage emerging and established creators/influencers to join our platform. Develop and execute personalized and scaled outreach campaigns to attract top talent. Lead the onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new creators.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of creators/influencers. Build and maintain strong relationships, providing support and resources to maximize their success. Regularly communicate platform updates, monetization opportunities, and best practices. Equip creators with the fundamental knowledge to be successful on TikTok Shop.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Design and implement programs to drive creator growth and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and features that enhance the creator experience.Identify trends in the creator economy and propose initiatives to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Partnership Development: Facilitate collaborations between creators and brands, fostering mutually beneficial opportunities. Work with the category, global key accounts and marketing teams to design campaigns that amplify our onboarding initiatives.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics for creators and campaigns to drive future performance. Provide actionable insights to optimize growth strategies and monetization efforts. Deliver regular reports to internal stakeholders on creator ecosystem performance.

Requirements

  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer of 2027.
  • Currently pursuing a undergraduate/Master's in Business, Marketing, Communications, Tech, entertainment or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, content creators and audience.
  • Proven track record of identifying and building relationships.
  • Understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and digital content trends.
  • Comfort in analytics tools and CRM platforms.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with influencer monetization models, such as ad revenue sharing, brand partnerships, and subscription-based services.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and drawing actionable conclusions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with content creation, video production and editing may be beneficial
