Responsibilities

• Assist with social media management, including Instagram and TikTok content posting and community engagement
• Help identify, contact, and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, creators, and potential brand partners
• Support email marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and customer communications
• Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, reviews, and basic inquiries
• Assist with e-commerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and seasonal sales events
• Help maintain customer and influencer databases and track outreach activities
• Support daily order fulfillment when needed (approximately 1 hour per day, small and lightweight products)
• Perform other marketing and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, or brand development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, or email marketing is a plus
• No prior industry experience is required
