Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and manage a consistent content calendar
Write strong captions, hooks and calls to action
Post and repurpose existing video content across platforms
Understand analytics and use them to improve growth and engagement
Help turn a growing audience into subscribers, clients and opportunities
Work closely with our video editor and Linda
No two days will look exactly the same, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential
This is a small, growing brand, not a corporate environment.
We want someone resourceful, organized and comfortable actually doing the work.

Requirements

Experience editing videos in Adobe/Davinci
Familiarity with: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (both Shorts and long-form content) and Substack
Comfortable using technology and learning new software quickly as needed
Must live in the greater Los Angeles area
Must be able to travel to Thousand Oaks for content shoots
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week; generally available Monday–Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for collaboration and filming
Outside of those hours, work can be completed on a flexible schedule
