Job Summary

Own and drive the preparation of marketing and proposal materials, lead qualification packages, and CRM-enabled communications; coordinate project photography and events; and support cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.

Focus on developing resumes, project profiles, and RFQ/RFP responses
Coordinate with remote teams to manage deadlines and data in the CRM

Job Description

Responsibilities

Write and maintain resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, etc.
Assist with Letter Proposals
Assist with RFQ/RFP responses
Conduct lead searches and follow up on emails from such searches
Keep client contact data base updated (using CRM)
Coordinate project photography with project team
Lead the development of qualifications packages, including updating and preparing resumes, project profiles, projects lists, etc.
Assist with planning and coordinating special events, as needed
Assist with special projects and backs up others in the department, as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategic communications, journalism, or similar degree (or a commensurate level of skills)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the AEC industry
Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop
Graphic design skills would be ideal
Good time management and organizational skills
Basic understanding of AEC industry terminology and procedures
Working knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources
Ability to work with multiple projects while managing deadlines
Experience in a marketing role producing proposals and related marketing materials
